At Bari Bakes, we believe good bread starts with good grain.
We use heritage grains directly sourced from farms that care for the land, and work with
stone-milled flour to preserve their natural flavour and goodness. Our slow fermentation process
helps develop better taste, texture, and nutrition in every loaf.
While our grains are rooted in tradition, our approach is forward-looking. We use these heritage
wheats to create globally inspired breads - from focaccia to cardamom buns - crafted with
intention and a modern perspective.
